What is Equine-Assisted Learning?

Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) uses the unique bond between horses and humans to help individuals explore emotions, build trust, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. By engaging with horses in a therapeutic setting, clients can gain insights into their behavior, improve self-awareness, and enhance emotional regulation. The non-verbal nature of the horse-human interaction provides a safe space for clients to reduce depression and anxiety, process trauma, and cultivate personal growth.
